Powers :
Like the rest of her 'family' Ruby is able to harness the power of the dark crystal through the use of the dark crystal earrings. It gives her the ability to teleport and levitate while also powering up her own attacks. Ruby's power that is uniquely her own is that she is able to make and project red balls of energy that look like small shards of rubies.


Physical Description :
Ruby is a somewhat tall girl, standing around 5'8”. She has striking dark red eyes and long ruby red hair that seems brighter against her pale skin... features that helped pick her namesake. Everything she wears from clothes, makeup and accessories are some degree of red, purple or black.

When she is on the streets of New Nemesis Ruby likes to dress in a more retro/pin up-esque style, having taken a liking to the sex appeal that culture radiates

Uniform :
Ruby's uniform consist of skin tight shorts that come just barely past her thigh (similar to boy shorts) with fishnet stockings and knee high heeled boots. The top is a sleeveless number that stops at her mid drift and goes up in a collar (like a turtleneck) with a large cut out area by the chest to show off her goods and made of the same tight material as the shorts. On her arms Ruby wears opera length fingerless gloves. There isn't much in the form of decoration, a few pieces of jewelry that she wears constantly. A large ruby ring on her right hand as well as a ring that spirals up her two pointer fingers, and of course the dark crystal earrings that give her her power. The color scheme of her uniform is that of reds, crimsons and blacks in varying shades, she also wears a belt around her waist where she keeps her stiletto

History :
Ruby is the sister and fraternal twin to Rubeus. The two siblings suffered great hardships on Nemesis, abandoned at a tender age they were forced to fend for themselves and quickly they learned that to survive in their world you had to be ruthless and care only for yourself. It was that ruthlessness that gave them a place in the Prince's inner circle and made them who they are today. During the initial attacks on 30th century Crystal Tokyo Ruby was left behind as there was no need for so many people on the mission and she was still learning and rising in the ranks. However, she quickly learned under guidance of Sapphire who later became her general to who she answers directly (other than the prince of course) and once she was finally ready to see the front lines and put her logistics skills to use Sailor Moon had destroyed Wiseman and the crystal, thus, also destroying anyone still associated with the crystals power.

When the prince offered her a chance at life once more and a place in his inner circle Ruby was quick to accept the offer. She has much she would like to do to to this world now that she has the chance and much she would like to do to Sailor Moon and her guardians. She wants them all to feel the pain and suffering she had to feel and watch as they all bow before the Black Moon.

Now that they have no more need to hide Ruby loves it. She loves that she can walk freely on the streets in all of her black moon glory and people bow to her and step aside....how it should be. She is riding on such a high and enjoying life for the first time ever..Ruby can do anything she pleases and no one can stop her, can be as cruel she wants to people and they thank her for it. Everything is perfect.

Fears :   
Ruby fears death more or less. Its not that she fears death she fears non existence; like that of what she felt after Wiseman and the crystal were defeated the first time.

Being banished back to Nemesis, she has grown a liking for this planet and all it has to offers, she loves her 'celebrity status' now and doesn't want to leave it.

Desires :
All of her desires had been reached (well, almost...) the only thing that could make this victory any sweeter is if her brother and Sapphire 'vanished'

Habits :   
-Playing with her knives. Ruby has a love of the objects and always carries one on her belt...a stiletto that she can be seen twrilling and throwing whenever she gets bored.

-Ruby tends to twirl her hair in her fingers when she gets nervous

Pet Peeves :   
-Emeralds laugh and just Emerald: Much like her brother Ruby can not stand that woman.

-Rubeus: Even though he may be her brother Ruby really has no use for him and everything he does just annoys her to no end.

-Sapphire: The high and mighty brother of the prince...He just gets under her skin.

-''Queen' Serenity: Ruby sees it as pointless and senseless at having her here, all she does is cry and complain.


Personality Traits :   
Ruby is a bit of a sociopath (but who in that family isn't?) She tends to manipulate and feign care and concern for others as long as it gets her what she wants. Mostly she doesn't care much for anyone besides herself (except for the Phantom Sisters and Bertie in particular. The two were close before the sisters accepted healing from Sailor Moon) but is able to follow orders and do as she is told and she figures as long as she does that what does it matter how she acts or treat others?

She likes to see herself as a very sexual woman and uses that as a weapon when necessary and while she really has no interest in the men that she is around she isn't afraid to flirt with them just because she knows she can and she knows that it bothers certain women. Like her brother, Ruby likes to play games with people. She gets great enjoyment out of knowing that she can manipulate and ultimately create and destroy a person at will, it gives her a power/ego boost. Also, like her brother she is very assertive..you don't get very far in their world if your aren't and Ruby learned at a young age that you do what ever you must to survive.

Now, unlike her brother, the female rubian is very outgoing and likes to indulge in herself luxury. That was one reason why she got along with the Phantom Sisters over everyone else (and thou she would never admit it she does miss them and wants them back) they all shared the same interest and she enjoyed raiding their closets and having someone else to enjoy something with. Even if her friendship with them was backhanded and mostly one sided at times they were the closet thing she ever came to real family and that's saying something considering how messed up they were as a unit.
