It had been a few days since the day that changed their lives forever..The dark day that would haunt them forever. After the attacks they found themselves suddenly in the temple of Elision, and on the floor of such temple. The transportation method was, -although necessary, it was right of Helios to do so- cruel. All of them with the exception of herself since she did not dream had been put into a slumber that was filled with sweet and pleasant dreams and the realization of this when they woke to find that indeed...their worst fears had been realized.
It was hard on all of them but no one more so than Darien. The man was completely distraught when he realized that the happy moments he was living were only dreams, to know that his wife was truly gone and in the hands of their enemy with their unborn child. He was alone, Pluto had sent Rini and the Asteroids back to the future for her safety. It was too dangerous for the princess to exist in two places at once and Pluto trusted the guardians to protect the princess. This act seemed to only further Dariens depression and he had taken up residence inside the temple. Everyone had avoided him for the most part, believing that he needed space to come to terms with what had happened and collect himself.
Which was foolish.
Pluto understood that he needed time to accept this but there wasn't time. The longer they waited the more of a chance of their future changing which was why she found herself in search of their broken prince. Her black uniform was in stark contrast with the golden walls of the temple and her boots made a light clicking that bounced off the otherwise empty space. The dark woman walked until she came to a corridor of rooms and she paused, setting the bottom of her Garnet Rod on the floor as she waited, and listened for any clues as to where Darien could be. No one had seen him, not even Helios so this was really a small adventure and after checking pleantly of rooms she finally found him..deep within the temple tombs. It's quite lonely down here. She said quietly to get his attention.
There had never been a time when she could relate to him more, the sadness, the overwhelming loneliness..she knew those both well, could be the poster child for them but she also knew that you had to push on through and force yourself to keep living. We have missed you in the camp.
