This is just a few key points to know for this particular rpg.
- We are a Alternate Universe rpg. The plot of this fandom will be different than what was canon in the series. We feel that by being a AU allows you creative freedom and greater character development that you couldn't really get otherwise.
Some changes that have been made are:
--Change of Setting. For Sailor Moon Revelations, while we hold that everything that happened in canon happened in our world, we have moved the location from Tokyo, Japan, to Star City, California, USA. This change came about to make it easier for players to write their characters and to create new ones, as they would not need to research Japanese customs and culture to create a convincing character.
--Use of North American Dub names ((goes in hand with above, also eliminates any confusion for any players that have not read the manga or seen the subtitled episodes)).
--Return of Dark Moon Clan. See the Plot Area for details. - SM Revelations is a modern day live action adaption of the SM franchise. It is a look at the girls and their lives if they were alive today. This Tumblr can be used as a guide when choosing a character just to give you a few ideas. What is posted on the blog is only a guideline, if you have other suggestions or would like to use someone else for a face claim feel free to do so.
- Sm Revelations is a moderate to advanced rpg. We do not expect you to be the greatest rp-ers out there but there is a certain level of skill and maturity that we would like people to recognize. If you feel like you are not to this level don’t fret. We here and SMR are friendly people with years of experience under our belts and we are willing to help you out and expand your experience. If you feel like your not a fit here then no hard feelings. At least you gave it a shot, right?
- This Rpg is rated PG13 which will change to R as the story line progresses. I have no problems with mature and dark story line but please just be sure to keep it within the rulesof Forumotion.
- The ages of the most characters span between the early to late 20's accordingly. ((Serena is 21, going on 22))
