To Claim a character, just Create a New Topic in the Pending Applications and Claims board. For the title, use the name of the character you want to claim, specified with their type, and paste an empty Application Skeleton in the body.
When considering the creation of a canon character, please refer to List of Canon Characters, Taken, Needed, and Optional to make sure they haven't already been taken; names in red are characters we have plans for and so would need a player soon. ^^
To label your character type, use appropriate headings. For example:
Sailor ____ ((is a senshi))
Black Moon ____ ((is part of the Black Moon (for OC's only; canon Black Moon characters don't need this designation; we know who you are)))
Sir/Lady _____ ((is a character you'd like to create to be a Knight. Note: you can either start out a knight, or create a Citizen that later becomes a knight; your applicaiton would be updated upon your promotion))
Citizen _____ ((a citizen that still lives in Dark Star City
Refugee _____ ((a citizen who has moved to Elysion))
Your profile will be reviewed by either Queen Serenity, Prince Endymion, or Sailor Venus.
